How to build

Using AWS PartyRock, a drag and drop no code AI App builder, I was able to instruct the AI to create outputs with these 11 areas following guidlines to perform as a seasoned talent acqusisition professional.

An AI App such as The_Talent_Operator_OS generates an AI powered recruitment orchestration platform within seconds. Transforming a single job description, generating a hiring framework from research, sourcing strategy, recruitment marketing, through interview and hiring strategy.

Data Insights

At the end, I added a section, to add your recruitment funnel data information, attach your linkedin project pipeline data exports, or any other data you'd like and let the tool cleanse your data, provide recruitment insights and provide feedback on funnel roadblocks.
