David Brown is a father of three boys, married to his high school sweetheart, and a proud dog dad to bay-O.

His muse into recruiting began with his love of sports and wanting to build a winning sports franchise. His interest in player scouting (sourcing), the the player daft (hiring), player development (organzational development) led him into a career in talent acquisition.

When he isn't recruiting his heart out, he enjoys game night, pizza friday, skateboarding, paddleboarding, indoor rockclimbing, sports, reading, rewatching vinland saga & princess mononoke, and enjoying family time.
